IRISH CULTURAL CENTER
Phoenix International Folk Dancers holds weekly dances from 7 to 10 pm at the Irish Cultural Center at 1106 N. Central Avenue in Phoenix.
We dance in the 60' x 30' An Halla Mor (Great Hall) with a floating wood floor which was installed for dancers in 2007. The parking lot faces the solid wall of the Great Hall. Enter the gate that is to the left of the building; go around the building and enter the Great Hall at the closest door.

The Irish Cultural Center is owned and maintained by the city of Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department. Through a unique partnership, the non-profit Irish Cultural and Learning Foundation organizes and offers the special events and educational programs associated with the center and manages hall rentals.
The center features a large meeting hall, which is available for rental. Across the plaza from the main center is the Irish Cottage, a full-scale replica of an Irish farm cottage.
The Foundation's Academy of Irish & Celtic Studies offers an array of unique classes in everything from Celtic instruments -- including bagpipes and the bodhran - to Celtic languages, such as Welsh and Scottish Gaelic, to step dancing.
